As Director of Operations at BEW, I have the privilege of engaging with every team across the firm, which enables me to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

I was drawn to wealth management early in my career after noticing that sophisticated financial services were usually reserved for the wealthy. My motivation has always been to help bridge that gap by promoting accessibility for all families, whether through digitization or other scalable solutions. The future of this industry excites me, as it continues to trend toward inclusivity — something I’m determined to help bring to life.

Outside of work, my wife and I love seeing our friends and families, and enjoy regular trips to Lake Tahoe where she runs long distances and I immerse myself in nature. But, most of all, we love doting on the family pets!
