We’re proud to share that Burton Enright Welch has been named one of Financial Planning’s 2025 Best RIAs to Work For. It’s a testament to our firm’s growth and the culture behind it.

The Financial Planning and Best Companies Group awarded this distinction after a rigorous, two-part evaluation. First, employees across participating RIAs completed an in-depth survey assessing leadership, communication, compensation and benefits, workplace environment, engagement, and overall satisfaction. Then, an independent review examined each firm’s policies, practices, benefit structures, and demographics to understand how the organization supports its people.

Only firms excelling in both areas earned a place on the final list.
