About
As an operations analyst at BEW, I focus on improving the systems and processes that support our advisors and clients. Much of my work centers on problem solving — identifying inefficiencies, improving how work flows through the firm, and helping ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes. Every day brings a new challenge, and I enjoy working across teams to develop practical solutions that strengthen how we serve our clients.
Although I’m early in my career, I’ve quickly built a strong foundation through hands-on projects, data analysis, and close collaboration with colleagues. I’m drawn to the idea that thoughtful systems and reliable data can help people make clearer, more confident financial decisions.
What excites me most about the future of wealth management is the growing role of data analytics and automation. These tools can help firms deliver more personalized, efficient experiences for clients.
