    The award is based on a comprehensive evaluation process led by InvestmentNews. Firms were invited to submit employer information detailing their offerings and practices. Employees from participating firms then completed anonymous surveys evaluating their workplace across multiple metrics, including compensation, culture, employee benefits, professional development, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

    To be considered, each organization had to reach a minimum number of employee responses based on its overall size. Only organizations that achieved an 80 percent or greater average satisfaction rating from employees were named to the list.
