Interviews with Bob About His Alma Mater

Our Bob Enright has made a couple of appearances the last few weeks talking about his alma mater, University of San Francisco.

In the video below, the USF Athletic Department interviews Bob about his USF education and his strong relationship with the athletic program. In 2015, Bob won the inaugural Jim Brovelli Award, which recognizes someone who demonstrates outstanding commitment, loyalty, dedication, and service to the USF basketball programs.

After you watch the video, you’ll understand that when the Chronicle needed a source on the USF basketball program, who better to ask than Bob.

A recent feature on USF senior associate athletic director Bob Allocco quotes Bob a few times. Here’s the best section:

Enright put together a group of 27 season-ticket holders who sat underneath the basket, reminiscing about old-school San Francisco. It was the very animated Enright who filled me in on Allocco’s impressive history. “He’s one of the most winningest coaches in all of California high school basketball,” Enright notes.
